When it comes to home decor in our home, minimalism is my go-to design style. My minimalist space helps me to feel relaxed and at ease while working from home and spending time with my family. Minimalist interior design works best for our family because it involves using just a few room essentials to create a simple and uncluttered space. When it comes to design – and clutter – less is always more.
The Mom-Cave
In our home, my home office is called the “Mom-Cave”. During the day, I use this space to be creative and work from home. In the evenings, my Mom-Cave becomes a quiet space where I like to read and relax.
When it comes to interior design, I love the look of open spaces and lots of light combined with simple designs and patterns for a fresh and modern look. I plan to use light colors, textures, and simple patterns to makeover my minimalist space.
Here are a few home decor picks that I’m loving from All Modern.
My Minimalist Space
The first step in revamping my home office into a minimalist space was to get rid of all of the unnecessary clutter that accumulated over the past year. I took inventory of all my items and got rid of the things I no longer use or need.
Now that my space is de-cluttered, it’s time to decorate! I will use a few pieces from my All Modern Inspiration Board and combine them with a few home decor items that I already own and love. When it all comes together, I want my minimalist space to be a cozy and inviting place where I can rest and relax at the end of my day.
Stay tuned for my collaboration with All Modern and the final reveal of my minimalist space makeover!
